The Regional Director of Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), Dr. (Mrs.) Safo-Duodu and her team visited WAMDEVIN Secretariat when YALI programme was held at the Administrative Staff College of Nigeria (ASCON), Lagos, Nigeria on March 30, 2017.

As part of the discussion between the YALI Regional Director and the Executive Secretary, WAMDEVIN member MDIs would be used as mentors for the YALI graduands- while WAMDEVIN will do a film to document YALI programmes and collaborate with them whenever necessary. These activities would make WAMDEVIN relevant to other organisations and help to build their confidence in WAMDEVIN again.
