WAMDEVIN Conducted a Training Needs Assessment (TNA) for MDIs StaffWAMDEVIN
The general objective of the TNA was to investigate the problems associated with the skills gaps prevalent amongst faculty staff of Management Development Institutes (MDIs) in the West African Sub-region.
The specific objectives of the study were as follows, to:
Ascertain the effect of training needs assessment on faculty staff commitment in West African MDIs;
Establish if the ability to facilitate learning is affected by the quality of training design and delivery;
Determine the level of commitment of the MDIs to building the capacity of faculty staff on their employ;
Make necessary recommendations that will help the MDIs toward building requisite capacities for their faculties.
