This type of membership is available to Management Development Institutions and Business Schools in both public and private sectors, whose primary objective is Capacity Building, Human Resource Development (HRD), Consultancy and Research.
INSTITUTIONAL ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP
This type of membership is open to Management Development Institutions, both in the public and private sectors whose primary objective is capacity building, human resource development, consultancy, and research which ordinarily should have been full members but can not because of their inability to meet all their obligations to the Network. They, like the Corporate Associate members, are entitled to all the benefits that normally accrue to full members, except that they cannot be on the EXCO of WAMDEVIN.
Corporate Associate Membership
This is available to ongoing concerns whose main business is not capacity building or human resource development (HRD) but has virile capacity building outfits. These organizations could be in manufacturing, retail trade, industry, commerce, banking, insurance, oil etc.
SOME OF THE PRIVILEGES DERIVABLE FROM MEMBERSHIP OF WAMDEVIN
- Sponsorship of faculty staff to attend post-graduate programmes overseas.
- Opportunity to offer consultancy services to other institutions in the sub-region.
- Linkage with funding institutions and agencies.
- Access to WAMDEVIN Newsletters and other publications.
- Invitation to seminars, workshops both local and foreign etc.
- Participation at the WAMDEVIN General Assembly.
- Networking with other members; and
- Any other privileges which may be determined by the Executive Committee.
